As early as Tuesday, November 12, the House of Representatives could vote on dangerous and unconstitutional legislation that would give the incoming Trump administration the power to unilaterally shut down nonprofit organizations it doesn’t like. 

The Trump-chosen Treasury Secretary would be able to strip them of their nonprofit status — without due process.
