NO PUBLIC RECORD. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO TRANSPARENCY.
This is How The Senate Moved.
Dear WMCA Community,
Today, something deeply concerning happened in Wisconsin.
The Senate moved the IHRA bill forward but without a recorded roll call vote. This is not how decisions that impact our constitutional rights should be made.
We strongly condemn the Wisconsin State Senate’s decision to pass this bill through a process that undermines democratic integrity. Read Our Full Press Release here.
Now everything comes down to one person: Governor Tony Evers. If he signs this bill into law, it will not stop in Wisconsin.
It will set a precedent, one that could spread across the country and threaten the ability of Americans to speak, organize, and advocate freely.
We have one final window to act.

Flood his office. Make it impossible to ignore. This moment requires more than concern; it requires action.
Our community is already feeling the consequences. Students are afraid to speak. Advocacy is being labeled as hate.
And now, lawmakers have pushed forward a bill without even putting their votes on record.
This cannot become law.
Make your voice heard today.
Standing firm in action,
WMCA
