“I’m so scared… please come.”
These were the last words of 5-year-old Hind Rajab, trapped in a car under Israeli fire, begging for help.
Today, exactly two years after her death – we joined up with Hind’s mother to unfurl a 1,000m² portrait of her daughter – to honour her life and issue an urgent plea to the world: deliver justice to Gaza’s children.
Now, we need your help to make sure this call is heard. So please watch this video, and if it moves you – share with as many friends and family as possible:
(Why this is so important: The more of us watch and share in the first hours after posting, the more it will be picked up and shown to more people. That’s how we all can help increase the video’s reach and get the call for Gaza’s children heard.)
Hind’s call has become a symbol of the tens of thousands of children killed in Gaza. While Gaza has slipped from the front pages, the suffering hasn’t stopped. Hospitals lie in ruins. Schools are destroyed. Aid is blocked. Children are still dying from preventable injuries and illnesses. It’s time to make sure Gaza’s children are heard.
With determination,
