Israel on the Fourth Geneva Convention

The Israeli Supreme Court just ruled that the prohibition on forcible transfer in Article 49(1) of the Fourth Geneva Convention is not customary international law.
It also held that the prohibition only applies to mass transfers, completely against the text of the provision.
