A group of demonstrators gathered on Madison’s southwest side Wednesday evening demanding a ceasefire in Gaza.

MADISON, Wis. — A group of demonstrators gathered on Madison’s southwest side Wednesday evening demanding a ceasefire in Gaza.

The demonstration took place outside the Kwik Trip at McKee Road and Maple Grove Drive.

It included members of the Madison-Rafah Sister City Program, a non-profit group of people who educate others about the realities of life in Gaza and raise awareness about the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
