You are invited to an introduction to the work that is being done by Voces de La Frontera (VDLF) to protect the immigrant communities throughout Wisconsin. Participants will learn about the Community Defense Network that has been built in Wisconsin and Dane County.
The training will also discuss the community hotline and other resources and support for immigrants, and talk about the steps to take when ICE agents are present in our neighborhoods and how to stand in solidarity with immigrant communities.Sponsored by the Social Justice Committee of Sunday Assembly at Holy Wisdom.
