In light of the unfolding genocide in besieged Gaza and the catastrophic situation across historic Palestine, the Justice & Accountability for Palestine Initiative kicks off!
A Palestinian-led initiative composed of international legal practitioners and lawyers is pursuing legal action against individuals & entities complicit in the crimes in Palestine including genocide in Gaza.
We are setting off TODAY by sending letters to the Governments of Austria, France, the Netherlands & Germany warning of our intention to prosecute public officials’ involvement in the crimes against Palestinians.
108 days into the genocide in Gaza, more than 24,000 Palestinians have been killed, 1.9 M displaced, in a state of total destruction while bombs continue to be dropped.
European officials are continuing their military, economic, political and diplomatic support to Israel, with knowledge that international crimes have already been committed and future crimes against civilians can be committed at any moment.
