The Atfaluna Society for the Deaf, a children’s school and adult crafts workshop, was destroyed by Israel with its entire neighborhood. The Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA) is continuing to support Atfaluna, working with thousands of children in shelters in southern Gaza.
